So I now know that the 60 seconds of time and focus are stunningly efficient. Scalable (do ten in a row, and you’ll know what I mean), are plausibly the “jewel” of the best body-mind system available to the general public, and have a very wide range of fitness, health, and mental/emotional benefits.
“Bang for the Buck” is possibly greater than anything else I know. 2–4 minutes a day? Are you kidding me? You can’t put on your socks and shoes much faster than that.
