A Cure For Loneliness

I’m on Day 26 of the “Love Feast” and it has been such a revelation. I can feel the days I wake up and want to slide back to “normal”. But this isn’t even about Tananarive, in one sense — it is a matter of whether I can keep my word to myself, my commitment to giving total support, love, and intimacy to my baby girl every day. And as I expected, the obvious benefit is that she 100% wants to return that focus.

What was unexpected was how much work I need to do on myself. This is about moving to the next level of life in EVERY way. The area called “relationship” is connected with the other two: business and physical wellness. Body, Emotions, Mind, all intertwined. Make real generative changes in any of them, and you raise them all. In fact, in a very real way, if you DON’T have positive changes in the other arenas, it is a good bet that you’ve made cosmetic change, not “deep work.”

This philosophy, finding the core aspects of beliefs and values, the self-love to hold yourself as worthy and precious, has been behind every LIFEWRITING offering starting with the very first writing courses, through the self-improvement work, and then things like the SOULMATE PROCESS

And now…I’ve done something a little mischievous. The heart-space needs to be healed to progress as we recommend. But plenty of people are not yet in relationships. And frankly, a LOT of guys are confused about this arena: how do they even get started in the dating game?
