Can We Refine Intuition?

Settling into the new house, the bedroom is large enough that I can do my basic work without leaving it. That’s very very cool!

  1. Meditation. Connecting with my “child self”, heartbeat, and breathing. Look at the long-term goals, and decide what is the most important thing to do today, “done by one” to move things forward. Be sure that body, career, and family are all engaged.
  2. Sun Salutation. Amazing movement, with lots of interesting variations. But for sixty seconds of work, hard to do better.
  3. Hanging Knee twists. Working grip, abs, and rotary twisting. Sixty seconds max.
  4. Tai Chi with Morning Ritual. Balance, flow, joint mobility, martial arts, teaching and sharing.

Between these four things, if I have no chance to get back to my body, I’m covered. Then I jump into a “Done By One” mode to get the most important 20% of my goals handled, using Pomodoro 25-minute “sprints” to focus my…
