“You can accomplish anything if you have well defined written goals, plans for their accomplishment expressed in continuous action, and the ability to take such action despite the voices in your head” — Tim Piering

If the 5 Minute Miracle is the “minimum investment” in this process, the next step might be to question what is the most critical part of the body-mind system to focus on might be. If you are totally safe and protected in your life, that might be your heart-space. But if you have any fear, stress, anxiety type issues, OR lack energy, OR your body isn’t on the same level (adjusted for age, of course) as the people you are attracted to…

Starting with the body is much safer…no real downside, as you have to breathe and move every day anyway, and the energy generated, the ALIVENESS generated is useful emotionally and intellectually. The worst place to start is with your head. Your mind is happy to lie to you. It will readily confuse faith with facts, and send you down the rabbit hole.

But what would be the most important things to work on, physically? Well…startingwith health is always a good idea. Yoga, joint mobility, tai chi and chi gung are all good here.

But what if you have your health pretty carefully nailed down? What if you want to transform your body? Well, if you are healthy, you can lean out with scary speed using a combination of Intermittent Fasting and Tabata-style interval training.
