How the “Morning Ritual” gets you back on your stride

Back from Chautauqua, a major chunk, where Tananarive was honored for…well, for being who she is. Now I have to get back on track with my fitness, helping Jason, and working on various projects. All of this is driven by a core “Sankalpa” affirmation:

1% daily improvement in amplitude and congruence of body, mind, and spirit. My Morning Ritual then has to express deep gratitude, connect with the mentors who would ACE these challenges, and connect with my passion and hunger for life and growth.

Body: Yoga and Gong. 1% better breathing flow.

Heart: 1% better “love feast” for Tananarive and Jason.

Mind: 1% better Zoom meeting clarity. Kundalini and MAGIC. Prep for “Unforgettable Characters” workshop

So in each of the arenas, can I see a MAP? Yes.

Am I taking effective massive ACTION? Yes.

Do I feel real, deep GRATITUDE? Yes. This gives me FAITH.

Do I have clear GOALS? Yes. A dynamic workshop that will turn into a product.

Does all of this flow from my CORE? Yes. I love connecting with my animal instinct (belly brain), emotional empathy (Heart) and spiritual Intuition (Head). This is who I am committed to being, and living my life in this way is a step along the path.
