LIVING YOUR BEST LIFE

There is, hiding within you, someone who could operate at a higher level of efficiency and effectiveness in all major human arenas. Physical. Mental. Emotional. Creative. Spiritual.

Years back I gave my image of this aspect, this “best possible life” Steve, “The Golden Man.” I would imagine what I would be if I was a dynamic black belt, a best-selling writer, and an ecstatic husband and father. WHO IS THAT GUY?

And visualize him in front of me. See the way he “runs energy” through his chakras, through the Three Centers. Belly Brain. Heart Center. Head Center.

I would visualize myself sitting or standing in front of a mirror, and the reflection is The Golden Man. When running, he was running in front of me. When I was tired and needed to boost my energy, I would see him standing in front of me and STEP INTO HIM.

And try to breathe, walk, smile, speak, stand and FEEL the way he feels, breathes, walks, smiles, speaks, and stands.

And the more vividly I created him in my mind, and the more dynamically I stepped into him, the more effective it was. This was BEFORE I created the Morning Ritual. Now, I see and feel the Golden Man performing Tai Chi, and I step into that imagining and flow with him. Let him guide me.

And as long as I focus on what I can do to further my intentions, on the most essential aspects of being that lead to excellence, this works fantastically well. If…
