Navigating the Maze

There are two ‘ basic’ aspects of the Warrior’s Journey course that I love to discuss, as if you will DO them, you can change everything. One is the “Five Minute Miracle’ — stopping every 1–3 hours for sixty seconds of diaphragmatic breathing.

The other is the Morning Ritual. In truth, if you controlled this, and journaled the results, you wouldn’t even recognize your life in six months.

The morning ritual is 10–20 minutes of dynamic motion combined with affirmations and emotional flooding, using the M.A.G.I.C. formula. Let’s take a look at the things you can accomplish if you focused down hard enough with just these two notions:

  1. Stress relief. Massive. You won’t believe how effective unless you actually try it — this is NOT A THOUGHT EXPERIMENT.
  2. Exercise. In 20 minutes of intelligently structure motion you can actually achieve a sound basic level of fitness.
  3. Emotional balance.
  4. Long term goal setting.
  5. Daily outcome setting
  6. Role modeling

So…in just these two practices, you can powerfully affect body, mind, and emotions. That creates the foundation. And when we are healthy in our basics (survival, sex, power) and open our hearts to love, using fear to motivate us rather than block us, we naturally ascend through the levels of being, opening the door to spirit, the sense of ecstatic connection to all life and existence.
