There are two ‘ basic’ aspects of the Warrior’s Journey course that I love to discuss, as if you will DO them, you can change everything. One is the “Five Minute Miracle’ — stopping every 1–3 hours for sixty seconds of diaphragmatic breathing.
The other is the Morning Ritual. In truth, if you controlled this, and journaled the results, you wouldn’t even recognize your life in six months.
