“Sleepers” and Universal Health Care

A couple of folks took exception to my comment that I am now so certain about the relative effectiveness and efficiency of UHC that I am willing to proceed with high confidence that those opposed IN GENERAL are either unfamiliar with the most critical information, or are lying for political or personally economic purposes. (As opposed to believing that some individuals, possibly including themselves, have special circumstances in which they would be disadvantaged.
