Once you have clarified your DESIRE, found FAITH that your efforts will create more pleasure than pain, begun to use AUTO-SUGGESTION to change the relationship between conscious and unconscious minds, gained the SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE of success in your specific arena by modeling experts (if you aren’t already an expert, I PROMISE that you have misconceptions about what it takes), and engaged IMAGINATION, the next step is ORGANIZED PLANNING.

Your very best bet would be to create a “Master Mind” group of people who have specialized knowledge of your desired goal…or of the process of generalized success. Create your plans, and have your Master Mind evaluate it with you, being certain that all who you share it with are in harmony with you and your intents.

Fortunately there is a reader who is a writer, martial artist, and family person. They sent me a long, detailed letter of their struggles to find joy and energy in a schedule that is boiling over with stress. This is perfect for our purposes, because while I cannot provide EXTREMELY detailed advice about their life, I CAN suggest a general program to tap into their own wisdom: they already know everything they need. Stress has just deafened them to their own inner voices. So with their permission, I remove all identifying information and address the core concerns:
