My seventeen year old son Jason loves sweets, carbs, and sitting down. That’s a recipe for gaining weight. So he’s gonna have to earn his Oreo milkshakes by working out. I want him (eventually) doing Isochain (raw strength and power), kettlebells (overall fitness) and yoga (health). I have him doing Five Tibetans with his M.A.G.I.C. Ritual, and that’s good enough for yoga, so we’re on our way.
