The Amazing “Morning Ritual”

Hello, I am sure you receive a lot of messages daily, and that is why I haven’t tried to reach out before. If you’re reading this, I first want to thank you. I’ve had a burning question that I think I’m finally ready to hear the answer to and try and implement it in my own life. I’ve seen you write about your morning ritual with your son, but I was wondering if you’d share your morning wake up and evening go to bed routines, and any other routines you’d like to share (Food, fitness, art). I apologize if you’ve already written about this and I did not see it. I am training for my first (ATHLETIC EVENT OMITTED) this year. I’ve been jumping from different jobs, (CAREER DETAILS OMITTED). Everything in my life is pretty chaotic and I’m trying to come up with a routine to help me sleep, eat, calm anxiety, stay physically fit, and have room to practice my arts and spirituality. I know that’s a lot to ask, but the more I read about your life, the more I’m convinced that the secret to living a happy and fulfilled life is to start with the daily routine, and I think your routine and thoughts on life are very close to my own. I have basic ideas and concepts, but if I am able to learn from anyone, I’d like it to be you. I understand if you don’t have time to tell me much, but any kind of response or guidance would help me greatly. The promise you saw in me when we met surprised me and I clung to, and I think I’m finally ready for this change of routine. I’ve grown a lot, and I have a lot more to go.
