The Difference Between Intelligence and Wisdom

Time Line Therapy grows out of Tad James’ work in Hawaiian Huna and NLP. Basically, you envision an energy flow traveling from your “3rd Eye” to the object of your desire, your goal, your outcome.

You are developing a “Complex Equivalent” that can show you a large number of factors in a way a five-year-old could understand. If there is a clear, bright, direct path from you to your goal, fantastic. But “knots” and “breaks” can represent:

Negative emotional anchors

Negative beliefs

Values conflicts

Unclear intermediate steps

Etc.

So if I want a career as a writer, what will I need?

  1. The ability to write material that someone wants to pay for.
  2. Clarity on the amount of money I need to be free and comfortable.
  3. The ability to match material to market and keep the money flow comfortable.

That first one has to be broken down into smaller units as well. There are components like daily work, research, the ability to control your emotions so that they don’t sabotage you, the ability to COMMIT to the work, the ability to DISTANCE yourself from the work…and the ability to continually upgrade your process, so that every week you are improving by, say, 1% overall.

A huge amount of stuff there, and every one of those steps can be broken down further. I would suggest that…
