The M.A.G.I.C. of increasing energy
We’ve said that “Magic = Action X Gratitude X Intention X Conviction”
Let’s apply that to the Brendon Burchard “High Performance” . cycle of “Clarity, Energy, Necessity, Productivity, and Courage.”
If each of these six relates to, supports and is supported by the other five, then anywhere you start will be good. If all the aspects of the “M.A.G.I.C. Formula” work together SO LONG AS YOU DON’T HAVE A ZERO IN ANY CATEGORY, then again, you can start anywhere.
For the sake of fun, let’s start with energy. Just look at each of these ten things simply from the position of energy, and as long as you don’t have a “zero” in any of those “magic” categories, you can raise your overall quality of life by working on ANY of those aspects. That’s the notion.
Action. That might be physical actions (aerobic, anaerobic, yogic, joint mobility), nutritional (quality and quantity of food, timing of eating, amount of hydration), behavioral (amount of sleep) or whatever. Yes…you will have to have energy to make energy. No question. So how to get started?
Gratitude. If you associate with the things in your life you have to feel grateful for, you will INSTANTLY get a boost in energy. If you can’t think of anything, consider what you would regret losing, and give thanks that you haven’t lost it yet.
Intention. What would you DO with the energy if you had it? Consider a goal or objective, something you would like to do with the energy, some change…
