Congratulations on making it to the end of the week! If you do six days, taking ONE day off isn’t a sin or a failure. This is a good time to go back over your memories or notes. Remember that the intent is to improve by just 1% per day. Every day, find one little thing to learn, tweak, improve. Stay within the limits of your breath.

NEVER SACRIFICE YOUR BREATH FOR A POSE.

Your ego does not want you to change, and unless you are on a path of growth, healing, joy and power, the “Challenge” will disturb your ego. What tools will it use to try to stop you?

  1. Self criticism. All of those internal voices that say you can’t, shouldn’t, mustn’t.
  2. “It’s too late”. You’re too old, too tired, too broken.
  3. “This won’t work”. Its not worth the effort.
  4. “I’ll use this time to work out.” Working out is NOT yoga. It is not self-care in the same sense. Most workouts are about PERFORMANCE, not health, not the way you feel when you wake up in the morning, how well you sleep at night, the level of your life force and sexual energy. NOT THE SAME.
  5. “I’m too busy.” Really? To spend two minutes a day? Are you serious? When you had time…
