The Power of Decision
All I’m ever doing on social media is talking to my younger self. You guys are just listening in on the conversation. And the questions people ask that catch my interest most quickly and deeply are those that either deviled me in the past, or trouble me still.
A question that comes up frequently has to do with making money online. This is certainly something I’ve cared about, especially when I was in Atlanta, and during the pandemic. I saw no better choice.
The M.A.G.I.C. formula says that you’d need:
- A Map or Model of success. And I’d suggest modeling only people making over a million dollars a year online. That ain’t me, but I can point in that direction to people like Brendon Burchard, Russell Brunson and Dan Kennedy. You are looking for the basic principles of running a brick-and- mortar or direct-mail business, translated to the digital age.
- Action taken daily. You have to have a game plan that is both long-term and tells you clearly what must be done every day to make your business work.
- “Gratitude” here relates to positive emotions. Learning to control your thoughts and emotions. The negative voices in your head will KILL your dreams if you cannot counter or neutralize them.
- Intentions must be crystal clear. Goals are dreams with a deadline. But you also have to be realistic, looking for patterns of action that begin where you are NOW, with no more resources than you currently possess. It is perfectly reasonable to believe you can improve…
