It’s time for an overview of what I’ve learned from the personal practice of performing one Sun Salutation in the morning, one at night. Curiously, this overlaps with a serious inquiry into “sleeper” and “snake” detection. Over the last month, I’ve had several extended conversations that I INSTINCTIVELY knew were going nowhere, but couldn’t “logic” it out. I didn’t know how I knew.

During this same period, I’m looking at the lessons I taught Jason over the last 12 years, and wondering how I translate them to a program for his adulthood. Simultaneously, he wants to do Life Coaching, which implies that he needs to BOTH actually BE a healthy, happy, successful person, but have a specific methodology he can use to guide people, kinda like Kit Carson guiding wagon trains from Oklahoma to California. Don’t want a Donner Party situation…

I also wanted to sum up the 30-day challenge, so that others can follow this, and that I can use it for coaching. Did all these things connect? What if they did?

Well, if I can’t logic it out, what are the external models I trust the most, such that:

  1. If Jason followed them, I would have faith he would be a happy, healthy, successful human being, as well as a powerful warrior prepared to defend his honor, his community, and the helpless. Also — how can HE detect people who are either unconsciously or consciously toxic? Ultimately, it doesn’t matter WHY someone is toxic. The fact is that you cannot…
