Weaponize Probability
A belief in “luck” to be almost as toxic as the belief in “talent.” People who believe in “luck” lose the college fund in Vegas.
There is work, improving yourself and increasing your value CONSTANTLY. And there is networking and marketing, expanding your circle and learning how to communicate your value and ask for the sale.
Work on those two things, and probability bows at your feet.
“Luck” is probability meeting preparation — and preparation is relentless work, sharpening your skills, expanding your network, and mastering the art of making opportunities instead of waiting for them.
Talent is overrated without discipline. The world is full of gifted people who never outwork their doubts, never learn to sell their vision, and never position themselves where serendipity can find them.
The real formula?
- Skill Stacking — Combine abilities until you’re undeniable.
- Strategic Visibility — Put yourself in rooms (literal or metaphorical) where your value gets noticed.
- The Ask — No one gives you what you deserve; you take it by making your case with unshakable confidence.
Probability favors the action-takers, not the passive hopefuls. Keep building, keep connecting, keep pitching — soon, people will call you “lucky.” But you’ll know the truth.
