So back to examining my daily schedule and program for optimal efficiency, effectiveness, and joy. Whatever happens next with these opportunities, I insist on bringing my absolute best to the game. I’m leaving NOTHING in the locker room. Skin and blood in the ring. Good evil fun.

So I’m identifying the basic work I have to get done every day, and setting it up to accomplish that minimum in a “Done by One.” I have to be certain I’m rested and nourished and properly exercised, so that the work come from a flow of abundant energy, rather than like grinding my bones to make my bread.

And…I have to improve by 1% a week, minimum, in QUALITY of the output. How to do that? Based upon my observations and study…

  1. Input. Quality and quantity of input is essential. Shakespeare handles that, I think. Then watch whatever I feel like.
  2. Flow State. The depth of flow, to access creativity with unconscious competence. The “25:5” seems to be a very good way to focus on this: Google “Pomodoro Technique.”
  3. High Performance Habits. Clarity, Energy, Necessity, Productivity, Influence, Courage. These six qualities form a common language with Tananarive and Jason, and therefore of special value. The notion is that all six are important, and you should work on your weakest aspects. Improving any one of them improves the others, and vice versa.
  4. M.A.G.I.C. — extracted from “The Science of Getting Rich”, this pattern: Model, Action, Gratitude, Intention…
