White Belts and Hypercubes

I like to move between the simplest and most complex forms of various patterns and activities. In trying to separate basic concepts from more advanced resources, I can see a 5x5x5 configuration. It is NOT that there would not be other ways to look at things, just that simplicity is a very good thing, and the mind searches for patterns. I started with the “Five Minute Miracle” concept twenty years ago…but can I take “five” a little further? Just for giggles?

  1. A line with five points on it (one minute, or about five breaths, every three hours. About five times a day.)
