We’re having our first “family only” Zoom meeting for the Warrior’s Journey class tonight at 7pm Pacific. The emphasis is on the internal, emotional and spiritual tools of martial arts and yoga applied to EVERYONE. Loving yourself enough to be willing to fight for your dreams. Knowing how to turn stress into energy. Maintaining discipline in the midst of chaos, and finding joy on the battlefield of life. There is still time to be a part of this first historic event, and if you’ve considered joining us…this is the time.
Whatever you decide, we’ll be here for you every day, five times a day, reminding your to find you balance, be a warrior for your family…and BREATHE!!

I’m nervous about tonight’s class, because I care so much. How can you read about first responders and ER doctors committing suicide due to stress…all of the horrific stress and fear and grief…and to KNOW that the same disciplines that helped me survive and thrive can help others…
I just want to know what I can do. And some times…I’m not sure. There are simple things that can transform your life, like breathing multiple times throughout the day, to re-pattern the way we react to stress. There are deeper practices, like the Morning Ritual. But you have to DO them. And the frightening…
