The “Soulmate process” uses your hunger for a partner to help you define who YOU really want to be (the kind of person who can attract and hold a partner like THAT).
The “Lifewriting” writing process asks you to align yourself with the most common positive habits of successful writers (starting with “a sentence a day”)
And physically, align yourself with simple practices (for instance: Intermittent Fasting, the Five Tibetans, Kettlebell Intervals) that can transform your body.
All three ask the question: what kind of person could have the life of your dreams, and have fun in the process?
Once you define your goals in all three arenas, and model masters who have achieved those goals so that you can clearly see what behaviors optimize your chance of success, and what beliefs and emotions support those behaviors, you can see the “price” of success. You then get to make a simple decision:
Are you or are you not willing to PAY that price? I mean…its up to you. No one is forcing you. But once you grant that the price of having the partner of your dreams is waking up to your own…
